There's a lot more questions than answers after a woman was dropped off at St Paul's Hospital with a stab wound on her neck Saturday.
Police were called to the hospital at 4:14 a.m. and by the time they got there the woman was being transferred to Royal University Hospital because of the nature of her injury.
She is listed in serious, but stable condition.
Police are looking for a white Dodge Challenger that may have dropped her off at the hospital.
